SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days. Once the order has been dispatched you will be sent a Tracking Code in your email with which you can use to track your order.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
We ship daily from Monday through Friday, 52 weeks a year except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
International Shipping
We have received and fulfilled orders from over 50 countries across all the different continents. We are not liable to any custom fees that your country may impose on products purchased and must be handled by the purchaser.
RETURNS
If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us within 30 days of your purchase in order to arrange a return. International orders may be subject to additional shipping in order to return the purchase. Note: Return/Exchange/Refund is not possible on Items on sale.
